Health Coaching One on One with Jodi

Health Coaching is a partnership between coaches and clients that guides the client towards changes they want to make. A health coach will aim to empower you and inspire you, but you are the one who directs the change. 

 

Health Coaching is not only about helping a client lose weight if that is their goal, but can include improving sleep, replacing negative thoughts with positive ones, lowering stress and much more.
